This programfacilitates women to embrace and celebrate their leadership, without
being caught in the classic dilemma and guilt of 'home' v/s 'career'. The program
helps women to discover their purpose, tap into their strengths and values and integrate
work and personal life. This journey is aimed at women who do not wish to compromise
and desire to live a full and successful life. Participants also create strategies
to thrive in a corporate or any leadership space along with men, and to be given
an equal chance at success.
Wasundhara and Sankar along with Sharad bring their immense experience in Appreciative
Inquiry, Shadow work and coaching into this work.
