Changeworks has been our strategic learning partner for the last 9 years. I have worked with them in different geographies across the world such as Asia, Russia, Europe, Africa, Middle East. They have been great catalysts in helping us improve our training practices and aligning ourselves to the best in the industry. Their strength is their ability to engage with organization at a deeper level and propose solutions which are easy to adapt and implement given the environment under which the organization operates. They've also shown a lot of flexibility in their approach while working with us, given the day-to-day operational challenges. Every member of their team is extremely competent and dependable. I personally feel benefitted by being associated with them and look forward to stronger relationship in the coming years.

You know the session that I attended at Expresso, where we had this massive discussion about my husband...about the cooking part, where I said I wanted a cook to handle this as I can't with the job that am doing. But my husband wouldn't agree and you said maybe I need to approach the topic differently, tell him what this does to me, with the determination that this time what I say will be taken...

Not like I beat him up, but I actually told him what this hectic lifestyle is doing to me. I actually said only so much - "Ash, I cannot handle work, baby and cooking, Its killing me to do all of it!" and it didn't even take a second for him to turn back and say "So why are you struggling, it's not worth it" and we now, exactly one week from the session, have a cook in the house who is handling it. And I am actually elevated. I am going to get so much time to do so much more.

And I think I have to give you the credit to help me come up like this. So here's my big "THANK YOU" and one "BIG HUG".

As trainee: I've got no words for the impact this leadership training has on me. So many thoughts, paradigms and my way of acting changed, not only in work but also in my personal life.

As task-giver: It's an honour to work with Sankar in our training programme. The wisdom, empathy and creativity he mixes in the magic hat has a tremendous impact on the trainees. He creates an immediate space of trust and gives personal attention for every individual in the group which contributed to an unforgettable, sustainable experience for our future leaders.

Let me start by saying that the recently concluded GM PDC (25-28 Nov) was an amazing experience; I think a lot of it can be attributed to the involvement of the 2 of you. I take back a lot of positive influences and thank you for your guidance and valuable feedback. The nature of the training really didn't allow us to interact much and I hope we get that opportunity in a subsequent training.
